The Lady Crusaders of WELLINGTON have dominated their counterparts of BUHLER over the past week - 4 games, 4 Wellington wins - total runs scored 69-2.
A Wellington Police Officer was summoned to the 800 block of North Woodlawn on Friday, April 24, at about 10 p.m. to the call of a disturbance. Sumner County Deputies assisted and upon arrival discovered two adult males, later learned to be brother, involved in a fight.

The WHS Varsity Track Squad was on the road to Clearwater on Friday the 24th - Mother Nature cooperated and weather never became an issue like forecasters suggested. Lindsey Nicole Blansett appeared in Sumner County Court Thursday.
Lindsey, who goes by her middle name of Nicole appeared in court for a hearing regarding her mental competency. She was in court briefly for the hearing that has now been rescheduled to be held in Sumner County District Court, by request of her attorney, Michael Brown.
Susan Treft and Rodger Doherty were honored with the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) National Award for outstanding service to professional photography.
